FAMILY DISCOUNTS:      5% Second swimmer     10% Third Swimmer

 

OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND

Blue Water Swim School is open 50 weeks per year.

It is closed on Public Holidays and if your lesson falls on a public holiday, there is no fee charged.  We are closed for 2 weeks over Christmas & New Year, no lessons operating, so no charge made.

SWIM FEES PAYMENT

  • Payment methods offered are by Direct Debit.  Fees are taken from your nominated account every 2 weeks.
  • We accept $50 Active Kids Sports Vouchers
  • All voucher credit is used up before a direct debit payment is taken.
  • Request to sign up can be made by coming to the swim school and completing the Direct Debit form.
  • Bookings can also be made via the website, completing the enrolment form online and we will contact you to offer you a class.  You will then need to come into the Centre to sign up to class

NOTIFYING ABSENCE AND MAKE UP POLICY

Notification of absence must be given at least 2 hours before your lesson start time via TEXT (0402 093 384) or the online parent portal.

  • You are entitled to 2 makeup lessons per 60 days, per child only if you have notified your absence by text or the parent portal. We do not accept absences by phone call.
  • Makeup lessons expire 30 days from the date you notify your absence. If not used within the timeframe, it cannot be carried over.
  • Makeup lessons can only be booked 3 days in advance via our TEXT message service (0402 093 384) or the PARENT PORTAL. It cannot be booked at reception on the day.
  • Makeup lessons cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once booked and are non transferrable to other students.
  • If you give notice to fully finish swimming lessons, any entitled makeups need to be used before your last lesson.

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A BREAK FROM SWIM LESSONS

We require 4 weeks’ notice in advance & in writing to fully stop lessons. This notice is to be given by text on 0402 093 384.

Once the text is received, we will reply with the date of your last class.

CREDITS

  • All payments to the Blue Water Swim School are non-refundable.
  • If a child is unable to continue their swim program during the Swim due to illness or injury, parents must provide a doctor’s certificate and credit will be held on the family account.
  • If parents change their mind, no refund is given.
